- Executing the contract as per the finalized BOQ.

- Manpower and resource planning for achieving given targets.

- Over all administration of the project.

- Micro level planning for the whole project.

- Site level cash flow planning to be submitted to the coordinators for finalization.

- Month wise budgeting for site expenses.

- Over control regarding maintenance of quality assurance.

- Client handling at site/HQ level if needed.

- Cost reduction of majorly used items.

- Executing and achieving the targets as assigned by the Project Director.

- Evaluating & Engaging work contractors for achieving the given targets after final approval from the project Director.

- Monthly resource planning for timely execution to be submitted for the financial year to the project coordinators for finalization.

- Looking at the overall maintenance of machinery at site.

- Pre planning the infrastructure required for proper execution of the plan.

- Process improvement initiative.

- Estimation of the total qty. of raw materials required for the whole project and monitoring the timely disbursement of requisition to the procurement department.

- Handling the inspecting authority (RDSO,RITES etc.).

Stores :

- Checking the daily consumption and receive register along with physical stock inspection.

- Maintain proper logbooks for lubricants.

- Maintain proper records of fuel received and issued.

- Optimal use of inventory.

- Reduction of redundant inventory.

- Monitor proper storage at site.

- Control wastage.

- Approval of requisition before sending it to H.O.

- Approval of inward material before GRN is issued.

- Synchronization of activities in order to get efficient results (eg.of civil mechanical and support depts.)

- Closure of project on/before time.

Exp: At least 10 years of work exp. In Major Bridges / National Highways / Railway Construction

Education: B.E(Civil) from a recognised University
