Project Manager(AGM)

Role :

Leading a team of Engineers for ensuring time lines, costs, quality and safety requirements etc in the execution of multiple projects related to water/sewage/industrial effluent plants, cross country pipe line works .

Job Description :

- He will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, meeting the deliverable in terms of revenues, margins, timeliness, quality, safety.

- Responsible for identifying variations in the contracts and filing timely claims for such extra works.

- Resolving technical, commercial issues of the projects ensuring the cordial relationship with clients, consultants and other -partners of the business

- Ensuring timely MIS reporting, billing and collection.

- Providing leadership and motivation to the team, developing manpower for the project requirement.

- Project Sale, Recovery against sale / generate cash, effective project management, Implement audit recommendation, improve B.S. Process, coordination with govt. authorities for excise exemption, design and drawing, site construction, monitoring site progress also internal coordination like with engineering regarding design and drawing for all three projects, accounts, finance, material procurement and coordination with inspection agency to inspect the equipment / material.

- Technical support to techno commercial team of JWIL for new upcoming projects.

- Flexible with regards to traveling.

Qualification : Graduate Engineer - Civil from a reputed institution.

Experience :

- Should have about 14 to 16 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 8 years of experience in the projects related to the turnkey execution of Water/Sewage/Industrial effluent treatment plants, cross country pipe line works, water/sewerage distribution networks etc.

- Should have completed independently, at least, two projects with value more than Rs. 50 Crore each.

- Proven capability in managing multiple projects.

- A person with good management skills.
