Job Description:

- Managing & Execute IT initiatives for Acquisition i.e. Account Opening , Real Time Lead Management

- Develop strategy to execute short and long term priorities in Merchant Integration and On boarding & Digital Space

- Identify strategies to enhance the customer experience

- Project Planning and execution within time and cost constraints

- Technical & Functional support to business

- Managing the Software Lifecycle to ensure quality delivery.

- Participate in requirements and architecture debriefs with the team to assess feasibility of the solution and identify needs for design and implementation

- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.

- Introduce new developers to the project and educate them on the domain, architecture, tools, and implementation patterns.

- Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.

Candidate Profile:

- Good knowledge of Saving & Current Account Opening via Tablet, Internet & Mobile Banking.

- Good knowledge of Real Time Lead Management process for Credit Card & Personal Loan

- Technical Expertise and knowledge Dotnet & JAVA

- Experience in handling a similar role

- Good Project Management Skills

- Good Communication Skills

- Should have handled and led a team

- Vendor Management & Negotiating Skills

- Technical Expertise and knowledge Tablet & Mobile Applications, Java Development, Database Skills, Middleware knowledge

- Should have a sound knowledge of RDBMS databases
