Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Department: Project Management

Please note this position is for night shift.

Opportunity Summary:

- It has a unique opportunity for the right candidate to fill the role of Project Manager in our PMO.

- The role will include planning and executing projects related to this business activities, inclusive of technology, content, analytics, and customer rollouts.

- The Project Manager is responsible for working closely with internal and external business partners, software engineers, graphic artists and production teams, and this company's clients to achieve timely, flawless, cost-effective results.

- The right candidate will have demonstrated expertise with standard project management processes and tools, preferably MS Project. This is a leadership opportunity. Essential Job Function:

- Own responsibility and accountability for the timely, quality, service-instilled completion of projects, with effective and influential communication to clients and to colleagues invested in the client’s success.

- Demonstrate leadership in project execution which models and expects high standards of performance, advices clients in best practices, and presents a level of service and caring that gives clients assurance of it’s Partnership Principles.

- Closely collaborate with and manage the contribution of internal and external resources, including account managers, software engineers, QA teams, production teams, etc. to ensure realization of project progression and completion to exceed the expectations of the client.

- Drive the execution, evaluation, and evolution of project delivery processes to ensure continuing advancement toward excellence in quality and effective utilization of resources.

- Represent and ensure zero tolerance for defects in project execution and delivery.

- 3+ years of project management experience with an external client base in the US and/or Europe.

- Work in office environment during client business hours.

Qualification & Experience:

- High standard of integrity & ethics; customer-focused, creative &innovative yet disciplined; can-do attitude; aggressive in the pursuit of goals; results-driven; action-oriented, flexible and adaptable.

- Bachelor’s degrees

- Minimum of 4 progressive years in project management position.

- PMI certification will be an added advantage

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

- Experience with software development, online publication, eLearning, outsourced development projects, and overall PMO formalization

- Excellent communication ability and be very well organized

- Proven experience supporting clients and teams in the US & UK
