Project Management Officer - Human Resource

This position is part of the Project Management Office of the India and Emerging Markets HR team and will be responsible for the following activities :

- Support the HR project management efforts in the region, by collaborating with global and local teams to drive, monitor and review critical projects for the region.

- Provide inputs at the project design stage and prepare detailed project plans to assign timelines and identify stakeholders.

- Track roll-out of projects and ensure that critical issues and potential risks are identified and brought to the notice of senior management.

- Support the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects in the geography, typically affecting large number of users.

- Develop templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics to collect and analyze pertinent information and develop standard as well as ad hoc MIS reports on an ongoing basis to ensure effective functioning of the HR function across verticals and locations.

- Identify best practices and upcoming trends in the field of data analytics in order to implement the same in context.

- Collect information and proactively identify trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to management, with recommendations. Consolidate and use statistical methods to analyze data to derive meaningful conclusions.

- Present information to senior management in a clear, concise manner to enable smooth and quick decision making.

- As a process expert, support the implementation and optimization of automation and technology solutions in HR. Identify opportunity areas to implement process improvements.

- The role holder may be required to play an active role in activities and projects across multiple domains of HR, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR IT, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics etc.
