Profile : Project Management (Designation accordingly), Multiple Positions

Experience : 8-20 years

Qualification :

- The incumbent should have the needed deep knowledge of Civil & Structural works

- The incumbent will be BE( Mechanical) from a reputed engineering college and experience of at least 8-20 years in project management at Managerial level

- The incumbent will be responsible for handling Construction Projects within Specified Time Budget Quality and as per set corporate standards.

- Responsible for Management of Project in a managerial role within specified time, budget, quality as per Corporate standards Lead a team of Engineers and independently execute construction project.

- Ensure preparation of Micro programming w.r.t. customer specifications, preparation of detailed tender along with architect/consultant for civil, electrical, HVAC and other related infrastructure work, prepare detailed project time schedule in MS Project along with EVA analysis. Ensure sign off of design parameters and customer requirements.

- Prepare cash out flow, Resource requirement for construction management. Review construction cost, execution time, change management & risk management at various stages.

Project Programming : Project Conceptualization, Programming & Master Planning (w.r.t Customer Specifications), Detailed Designing, Development and Construction as per Corporate Standards and Green Building Concepts. Study of various suitable RE options and technical (master planning) and economical evaluation of each option.

- Customer interaction on regular basis, analyzing their feedbacks and initiate desired improvement actions in co-ordination with team and consultants.

Project Governance : Assess Risks & Opportunity and plan Mitigation actions (Risk Reports). Track all Changes and modifications and ensure strong Claim and Change Management.

- Project Execution and Vendor Management: Schedule the projects in line with target dates, monitor and control project accordingly, conduct review meetings etc.

EHS : Good working knowledge of EHS requirements for project sites. Should be able to identify risks, suggest and implement mitigation actions

Contracts : Well versed with formulation of contract. Past experience in formulation of contracts an added advantage.

Estimation : Well versed with Estimation and Costing and aware of current market rates and trends.

Proficiencies :

- MS Project / Primavera

- Excellent communication skills

- MS office

- The incumbent should have independently handled projects of INR 1000- or more and must have handled a team of professionals

- The position reports to the Chief Manager of Building Solutions Function.
