Project Management - Banking - BPO (2-12 yrs)

Grade : Manager / AVP / VP
Job Location : Bangalore & Hyderabad
Required criteria : He / She handling banking projects predominantly .
Qualification : Full time MBA from Tier 1 institute (Mandatory)
Job purpose :
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand and current state processes and pain points
- Define future state process and target operating model
- Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Produce project materials at all stages of project development life cycle - current state flows, target operating model, future state flows, locating strategy, future state architecture, test plans, and user training materials
- Manage end to end implementation of the projects
- Work with senior Business owners to ensure initiatives are properly prioritized
- Manage timely execution of the plan and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage work stream reporting by managing the project plan, issues, and risks
- Balance short term needs with long term strategic view and wherever necessary create tactical solutions until the long term solution is ready.
