Project Leader - HR consulting

- One of the leading management consulting firm is looking out to hire a Project Leader / Consultant with 4 to 5 years of post MBA experience preferably from premier institute (2006 /2007 / 2008 batch).

- The role requires experience in Organization structure, People strategy, competency mapping, assessment center design and talent assessment, career development, succession planning & leadership development, HR transformation, change management etc.

- Additional 1 to 2 years of Pre-MBA experience would be an added advantage.

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for;

- Partnering clients in HR strategy projects.

- Managing conceptualize on projects, effective delivery, client satisfaction.

- Effectively deliver on Business development goals.

- Knowledge partnering & help developing thought leadership.
