A Leading KPO industry is looking for Project Lead for Gurgaon Location;

Salary : 14-17 Lacs;

Work Exp : 7-9 years;

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 7 yrs of relevant industry experience with more than 2 years in a management role.

- Establish project delivery plan and track progress & milestones.

- Actively plan various stages of project life-cycle from analysis to post production.

- Proactively identify and manage issues/risks to the project delivery.

- Establish engagement and operating model with various stakeholders (Business Analysts, Technology Architecture, QA, Infrastructure etc) .

- Establish necessary Status Reporting mechanism; Provide necessary project updates to various stakeholders at various forums.

- Recruit project team; establish necessary team procedures.

- Maintain and streamline current status reporting and tracking progress.

- Hands on experience in delivering / leading a project delivery.

- Strong experience in Agile delivery processes and tools e.g. JIRA.

- Experience in working / managing business applications.

- Hands on experience of various software delivery methodology like Waterfall, Agile etc.

- Expertise in using MS Office products like PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word.

- Expertise in using project management looks like MS Project(MPP), Jira, XPlanner etc.
