- SPOC for a large Industrial Project

Experience:

- 12-15 yrs of overall experience.

- 2-3 yrs of Industrial/ Manufacturing Plant Projects

- PM/CM Specialization will help

Interaction with Consultants/ Clients/ Contractor

Qualifications:

Qualification: BE (Civil) / B.Arch

- Steering project activities including Design Management, Tendering, Contractors Selection, Execution, Testing & Commissioning and Close-out

Organisations from:

- Client / Consultants / Contractor

- MNC company experience will be preferred

Completed atleast 2 large Industrial projects as Project Lead

Functional Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Project Execution.

Leadership skills:

- Ability to handle a team of 12 to 15 people.

Any other:

- Good communication skills. Conversant in MS Projects & MS Office.
