Currently I've an opening with one of the Leading MNC FMCG company for Project Lead profile. Kindly the details below-

Project Management-

1) Act as the single point of contact for all project activities

2) Validate assumptions for project activities

3) Provide inputs to Management / Project Steering Group for effective execution of the project

4) Manage the Project Library and Repository, of documents / deliverables and other confidential information)

5) Manage and direct the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives (once a team comes into place)

Planning, Controlling and Monitoring

1) Develop and maintain a detailed project plan

2) Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan

3) Record and manage project related issues and escalate potential risks and issues to Management / Project Steering Group, where necessary

4) Ensure effective internal communication to all project members / stakeholders

5) Ensure that all members / stakeholders are adequately involved on project

6) Facilitate communication between different work streams and work on internal dependencies

7) Resolve cross-functional issues at project level, and facilitate user acceptance to various project activities

Review and Reporting

Review status of progress on action plans and milestones identified in the project, with all work stream leaders

Prepare and monitor project metrics (such as budgeted costs, actual costs, detailed work schedule, work in progress, and work completed)

Report on project progress (through Steering Group presentations) and other project specific information to stakeholders

Business Analysis and Strategy

1) Facilitate strategic decision making by evaluation and analysis of the proposals for investment and growth being put forth to the Management, and recommend to the Managing Director accordingly

2) Assisting Managing Director in:

a) Preparing all types of management reports,

b) Collecting, analyzing and reporting business operations -related information

3) Coordinating, participating in Business Operations Review Meeting, recording and circulating minutes, action plans, maintaining, updating status etc

4) Creation and preparation of presentations to be made to external and internal audiences

Specification required-

- CA / MBA (preferably Finance/Systems/Operations) from 1st or 2nd tier institution

- Experience in a similar position or Business Analyst role - capable of lateral / upward movement in 2-3 years

- Business analysis, strategy and planning experience

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills

- Excellent presentation and spreadsheet skills

- Flexible to travel (upto 1 week in a month)
