Job Requirement:

- BE / MTech with 8+ years of experience

- Programming Languages: C# (past experience / knowledge of C++ will be an added advantage)

- Knowledge of OOPS / OOAD concepts as well as modeling tools/languages (example : UML)

- Must have handled as least 1-2 Win App programs as project leader

- Must have a mix of experience - windows application development as well as embedded

- Should be a trained scrum master

- Should have knowledge / experience of backlog grooming

- Should have experience on standard agile practices.

- Must have worked in global product development environment

- Must have an exposure to system engg / architectural concepts

- Familiarity / knowledge of technology trends

- Good to have fire domain knowledge
