Position- Project Head

Responsibilities: - Complete execution of the project starting from scratch to the launch

- Site Analysis - measurement, dealing with landlords regarding services available and site status

- Designing and developing project plan as per the matrix

- Prepare retail store drawings in AutoCAD, Sketch up etc.

- Coordinating with various vendors, consultants, contractors and agencies for design standards and guidelines and giving inputs wherever necessary.

- Preparing the BOM for the site Negotiating with contractors

- Collaborate with internal teams during fit-outs of store for executing design plan

- Ensure high quality of construction and equipment installation

- Verifying the bills received from the vendors against the BOM and passing the same for payment from Finance

- Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of functional stores

- Create new design concepts and planograms for new stores Requirements: - 6+ years experience

- Knowledge of Auto Cad, MS Office - Sound business judgment and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to pay extreme attention to detail

- Entrepreneurial bent-of-mind. High tolerance to ambiguity

CTC- up to 30 LPA

Location- Delhi / NCR
