Looking for a Sr. Executive Projects – Documentation for a leading FMCG Company.

Required Experience- 4-8 years

Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG in Operations Management

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Open to Discuss

Preferably from FMCG, Pharma or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordination between factory managers, project managers & Capex procurement team on RAM approval, equipment specification, quote generation and technical/ commercial assessment for selection of material/ equipment

- Co-ordinate with the engineering consultants for release of bids

- Co-ordinate with finance for advance payment formalities, VAT guarantee etc

- Follow up for bill clearances

- Documentation and budget tracking of spends for different projects and follow up of spends

- Providing information for different requirements from a capacity point of view for use in I2M

- Providing updates on status of commissioning / current capacity/ future plans to teams from sales, marketing, logistics & R&D
