Role : Project Director
Reports to : AVP Sales
Reportees : AM / Manager Sales
Responsibilities :
Job Scope :
- Provide management leadership and spearhead business development
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve and exceed company targets
- Establish new clients and provide servicing for high level clients
- Lead and manage team of Project Sales & Operations personnel
- Manage available resources to maximize efficiency and achieve high quality project delivery
- Candidates must have the attitude and aptitude to take on any challenge and deliver beyond the expected
Requirements :
Pre-Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years experience in the Conferences / Exhibitions or Events industry with proven track record
- Strong business development skills & aptitude with focus on sales; goal oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team manager, leader & motivator
- Good organizational & problem solving skills
- Ability to assess the big picture and maximize use and efficiency of assets and resources
- Familiarity with business environment in BFSI / Infra / Health is an advantage
- Works with passion, positivity & creativity
