Project Delivery Manager - HR to provide subject matter expertise in redesigning and optimising the end to end Human Resources process. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to scope projects, manage budgets and direct the development cycle from inception to completion. Acting as a change agent you will drive and transform the HR Services - Shared- Service function and deliver our strategic priorities.

Major Accountabilities:

- Design and deliver programs of work that benefit the end - customer-

- Business requirements & analysis - lead the definition, elicitation, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design of new or re-engineered business processes to meet the needs of the organisation

- Process, operating model & organisational design - convert business needs into functional designs and lead business stakeholders towards design decisions

- Complete current state & end state blue print process design analysis & process mapping

- Develop all project documentation including Business Process Definition| Change Impact Assessment | Business Requirements Specifications | Functional & Non Functional Specifications

- Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix

- Gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities

- Post implementation review of improved or re-engineered process/systems

- Advice management team on Business analysis activities and deliverables

- Identify issues and potential solutions and improvements including contribute to business case

- Support management in the development and implementation of plans and monitor achievement/target

- Act as a change agent to drive and transform the HR Services - Shared Service- function and deliver our strategic priorities

Key selection criteria:

- PG qualifications in HR or a related discipline

- Extensive experience in a shared services environment and customer centric organisation

- Demonstrate experience in providing strategic financial advisory or consultancy support for business line manager

- Previous experience in leading a service organisation through change

- Solid background in process modelling and in applying the process methodology

- Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

- Extensive hands on Business Analysis experience working on large and complex transformation programs with a strong focus on process improvement, re-engineering & operating model design
