Project Delivery Leader - Banking Financial Services Risk - IT (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the global provider of innovative software products and services, looking to hire Project Delivery Leader in the Banking Financial Services Risk space.
The role will be responsible for:
- Overall ownership for delivery of client projects for the risk management product suite.
- Solution architecture for various projects in the risk domain.
- Managing / Guiding technical developers in execution of their responsibilities.
- Closely working with various team members (onsite / off-shore)working on mobility projects in a technical capacity for problem solving.
- Participate in client discussions along with the business analyst/manager to understand the requirements and support design of technical solutions.
- Track project risks such as milestones slippages and over-runs etc. and planning strategies to counter those.
- Need to conduct internal periodic meetings / knowledge sharing sessions to understand the challenges and identify solutions.
- Manage AMC contracts from a delivery viewpoint.
- Provide inputs for maintenance and enhancement of risk IP products.
Desired Candidate:
- Master's degree in Technology.
- 10 - 15 years of overall experience in managing banking / risk projects.
- Experienced delivery manager who has owned and managed large IT projects in risk management for banks.
- Experience in managing multiple projects.
- Experience in delivering projects in corporate in retail banking.
Role based in Chennai.
