Location - Gurgaon
Timings - 5:30 Pm - 2:30 am
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To ensure the implementation by the vendor in solving the actual problem of the customer.
- Contribute to business proposals.
- Understand client's business objectives, identify the challenges faced and accordingly conceptualize solutions.
- Project Management and Vendor Management.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data to provide business insights and recommendations.
- Conceptualize measurement frameworks to analyze the impact of BPM products into their system
- Understand and create solutions around the client brief's to help the team for POC, and provide them with the necessary tools with respect to the day to day need of the business of the client.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
- Analyze and document business requirements in the blue print documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years- work experience in IT field or IT system development projects
1+years of project Coordinator experience
Coordinator on large scale IT infrastructure project implementation including servers, networks, databases, SaaS/IaaS, AWS (Amazon web Services) and Microsoft Azure, end-to-end implementation and deployment.
Excellent knowledge of the full project management life cycle, preferably in Remote Management Services
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
