Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Cost Controlling of the Projects - Monitoring of Actual Costs and Estimation of Costs to complete. Identification of Risks and Opportunities

Revenue Recognition of the Projects-Setting up of IFRS Milestones, Revenue Recognition

Invoicing and collection

Managing Indirect Tax issues, Insurance, Bank Guarantees

Budgeting and Forecasting

Reporting the project Financials on monthly basis to the site finance

Co-ordination with Auditors

Interaction with different units involved in execution of the project

Risk mitigation by identification of risks, recording and monitoring

Forex-Initiate action to take forward covers with the support of Treasury in case of forex exposure
