Job Overview :
- The RSM will be working for ProInf Networks that demonstrates a rich heritage in the provision of innovative security solutions/services to an enviable portfolio of customers.
- We are consistently looking to develop and enhance our capabilities to ensure our customers are able to protect against the threat of cyber- attacks. As part of the sales team, the RSM will represent ProInf with established capabilities and the ambition for growth.
- Reporting to the CEO, the successful individual will be a self-starter with confidence, energy and tenacity and the ability to work unsupervised, guided by the agreed strategy. -
- The role will require travel around Mumbai/Bangalore to meet with customer and to the security team's principle office location in Hyderabad.
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including customer satisfaction and governance.
- The individual will be selling ProInf approved solutions and services including protective monitoring, secure hosting, security consulting, pen testing and security products.
- He/She will work across multiple customer domains and will represent the company with credibility at board and desk officer level in our customers.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Developing a qualified pipeline
- Work with bid managers and sales team, delivering winning, profitable, high quality bids to customers
- Meeting agreed sales targets
- Sales governance for own opportunities and regular reporting/forecasting in accordance with ProInf reporting cycles
Key Accountabilities :
- Identify sales opportunities, scope customer requirements and qualify-
- Work with the Solution Architects to help the customer form their requirements and for ProInf to maintain services in line with customer demand-
- To ensure compliance with ProInf governance procedures and processes-
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in Cyber Security technology\
Ideal Background Of Candidate :
- Sales experience within an IT security discipline. This is a "must-have".
- Sound understanding of technology, ideally with a technical degree (preferably B.Tech/B.E)
- Understanding of cyber security products and managed security services
- Previous experience of selling significant technology services sales
Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following market segments :
- Corporates/Enterprises/IT
- BFSI
- Healthcare/Clinical/Insurance
- Aviation/Aerospace/Telecom/Power
