About the Client - Our Client is a Leading Global Company
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 12 - 18 years (Overall)
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end experience managing business transformation projects
- Make sure team is providing high quality work and consistent service experience across Client base.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Management: responsible for resource forecasting and capacity planning across team.
- Process maintenance: document, train, enforce, and develop the team of Consultants.
- Reporting: Provide management reports including: productivity, monthly billable activity, and ad hoc reports.
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of team goals.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
- People Management
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong teamwork skills and able to work effectively with diverse teams (i.e. Analytical, technical and marketing)
- Knowledge of business and economic concepts and familiarity of marketing channels
- Knowledge of industry and consumer insights tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Highly motivated, practical problem solver
- Ability to work without close supervision
