About our Client - Our client is a multi-billion dollar global telecommunications and media company. They offer voice, data, enterprise solutions, cloud services, mobile, internet access other entertainment products. With India being a strategic growth market, they are looking at considerable growth in the India market and are thus looking for their Program Manager for them in India, based out of Bangalore.

Job Description - Part of the India Business Unit, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Working closely with Global Head of Sales, he/she will be responsible for the planning, tracking and reporting across programs involving internal and external stakeholders

- He/she would be expected to develop plans with defined milestones and activities and also drive execution across work-streams

- He/ she would also schedule and drive project forums/ review meetings to meet business needs involving Sales, Pre-Sales and other business units within company and across Partner organizations

- Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy

- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to senior leadership and partners

- Setup & drive required governance across programs

- Manage risks/ issues effectively and drive capture of key learning from them

The Successful Candidate :

- Relevant technical/ business qualification (BE/BCOM/BSC + MBA/Project Management certification) with overall 8-9 years of total experience and 4-7 years of relevant Program Management/ Project Management experience on large business transformation or IT related projects.

- Hands on person, who can bring in best practices and develop relevant tools & enablers towards efficient Program Management besides possessing excellent communication and articulation skills.

- Knowledge of IT/ ITES and Telecom industries experience of working in a Telecom/ IT sector would be an added advantage. PMI or related training/ certification and excellent presentation skills is desirable.
