Key Responsibilities

If you are the type who does not like to roll up his or her sleeves and get down to the brass-tacks to achieve meaningful and tangible business results, please read no further.

You will work directly with the Business Heads in each vertical to power them to the next level of growth and profitability

You will be parachuted into special situations ranging from streamlining recruitment processes to post acquisition integration and will be need to bring your top game to the table. every time.

You will be responsible for charting and execution of the vertical business plan along with the Business Heads.

You will spearhead IKYAs entry into new businesses, verticals and geographies. You will be required to bring out the depth in your operational and managerial skills as you plan and execute IKYAs entry into diverse markets, businesses and geographies.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should have completed an MBA or Executive MBA program (20013 or 2014 batch) with pre MBA work experience of 2 to 3 years and post MBA work experience of at least 1 year

- Position calls for extensive technical leadership as well as project management expertise with demonstrated ability in leading large projects.

- Must have technical orientation & hands-on experience in generating high quality business deliverables.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with proven ability of having worked by senior business leaders in the past.

- Experience and leadership in working within tight and committed timelines with interdependent work products. Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate degree with excellent academic track record. Minimum 6 years of experience of which at least 4 years must be in the project management roles.
