Program Manager - Online Banking Solution Implementation - IT

Position: Program Manager - Online Banking Solution Implementation (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- Person will lead and be accountable for all implementation related activities (Planning, analysis, design, development, quality assurance, non-functional testing and release management) for the implementation of an Online Banking Product at a Leading Global Bank

- Responsible for integration with multi-location (geographically distributed) and multi-role teams to ensure timely delivery

- Responsible for program planning (including infrastructure and manpower), execution, governance, team management oversight

- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with clients and management to determine the scope and objectives

- Interact with BU and project teams to prepare and publish project scope, objectives, project plan and schedules; develop detailed work plans and status reports

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of features

- Deliver code which meet specified performance and security SLAs

- Responsible for financial governance on the program

Requirements :

- Person with around 15 years of experience.in delivering IT solutions in the global context

- Extensive experience with Online Banking channels is desirable

- Exceptional ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational thinking and execution in a dynamically evolving business environment

- Strong focus on collaboration with diverse stakeholders, exercising influence and assertiveness to drive desired outcomes

- Deep skills in project management, with a focus on flawless execution, high quality delivery, and pragmatic solutions

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- Prior experience working with Microsoft technology is a bonus

- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience coupled with high degree of comfort with ambiguity.
