Position: Program Manager – Management Leadership Development (India)

Location: Gurgaon (Preferably)

Experience: 10-15 years of Marketing & Sales experience

Educational Qualification: MBA from premier institute

Preferred Exposure:

Prior experience in leading and developing a team – both directly and via influence management

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals all levels in an organization

Organization details: A leading MNC having its presence in varied marketing segment including Agri, food & nutrition, electronics, transportation, chemicals etc

Primary function:

- Responsible for the overall execution and success of MLDP [Management Leadership Development Program] in India

- Participating in strategic & forward planning of the Organization

- Participates on the Global MLDP Management team to:

- Refine MLDP standards

- Leverage best practices

Job Description:

- Responsible for strategic relationship with businesses including; strategic & forward planning of marketing and business management needs and roles, identification and placement of MLDP participants, and succession planning for MLDP participants within the businesses

- Responsible for a successful and active mentor program with senior business leaders including; selection and matching, on-going and meaningful engagements

- People management for approximately 10- 15 MLDP participants including:

- performance management
- individual development
- role selection and placement
- career planning
