Program Manager - IT Operations

Position Responsibilities:

- Required to work with technology partners to design process flows, configuration to meet client specifications

- Program manager implementations end to end

- Interface with client organization personnel to build creditable relationship

- To deliver to business plan and budgets agreed to with Client/partners

- Should have working knowledge on:

Server & Storage Technologies

Collaboration Services such as Audio & Video Conferencing, IM, Webinars & Webcast

Legacy Management of Hardware, OS and software's

Cloud services

Backup & Recovery

Vulnerability management

Security Management

Data & Data center security

Project Management

Vendor & Contract Management

Change Management

Incident Management

Information Security management to secure production including IT Audits

Attributes :

- Should have Passion for Technology / Design Savvy

- Have hands on experience on implementing IT Projects - Preferably infrastructure/ Tooling

- Good Communication and Negotiation skills

- Developmental mindset when dealing with Clients and Partners ( cross-team collaboration)

- Should have the ability to :

Learn quickly and can apply new concepts and skills/ customer service orientated

Multitask and effectively prioritize/organize work to ensure quality and timely delivery

Solve the issues which are in scope, document solutions to problems and record them where ever appropriate

Contribute to the departmental goals, metrics, and SLAs.

Work under pressure is required; experience in handling critical situations is preferable.

Work quickly and effectively in a fast paced environment

Communicate issues effectively

Education Certification & Training:

- BE/Diploma in Engineering discipline, preferably with certification with CCNA, CCNE etc.

- IT Tool exposure/ Certification eg. IP Soft, Tivoli, BMC/Remedy etc
