Program Manager

We have an urgent opportunity with a leading captive IT development center of a reputed US based bank for a Program Manager.

They are looking at someone with 8+ years in financial services domain with knowledge in Payments.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates from top 10 B-schools and MBA is a must. CA with an MBA is ideal choice.

Primary Responsibilities:

 - Work closely with business sponsors, users and other stakeholders to collect and define requirements

 - Determine and implement standards and processes related to the gathering and documentation of project requirements

 - Assist in the design and assessment of the proposed solution

 - Produce clear and concise Functional Specification (FS), SRA, SRS etc.

 - Present well designed and informative presentations to communicate and influence users in decision making.

 - Have primary skills of project management: to assist in planning and estimates, to track the deliverables vs requirements, to drive the project on deadline and schedule.

 - Communicates effectively with business-partner to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.

 - Payments knowledge is a must. Developing product platform (it can be in-house or third party product)

Skills and Knowledge

 - Capability of interviewing different stakeholders to determine their explicit and inexplicit needs.

 - Effective Communication and facilitation skills

 - Capable of analyzing problem.

 - 8 to 10 years of experience working as lead consultant

 - Have worked on complete Software development lifecycle
