- Designing and implementing strategies, budgets and IT solutions for meeting organizational requirements and growing business needs and implementing need based suitable technologies aligned with business
- Managing IT operations involving IT risk and audit management, program management, service management, and infrastructure management for products/ projects, corporate staff support
- Organizing and managing resources including creating estimates for the project,contingency plan within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints

- Monitoring project progress and outstanding issues while ensuring quality & timeliness of deliverables, overseeing software development operations involving development of the functional specifications and coordinating with various customers
