Program Manager (female candidates only)

The company operates in a virtual, global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in seven countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.

The group in Chennai is an integral part of the company's online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure the company remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team's primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing process automation programs globally. The scope of these initiatives requires us to recruit a high-energy, talented program manager who can manage innovation and execution. This is a high visibility position and requires sound decision making capabilities. The initiatives that you will lead are viewed by senior management as critical enhancements needed to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve customer experience.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvements across multiple retail teams globally. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple product lines working closely with business, operations and technical teams.

- Identify areas of automation and write the business and functional requirements and then program manage the automation programs interacting with business, operations and technical teams.

- Define, measure and present metrics / reports to Senior Level Management.

- Effectively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues.

- Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with tools team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- Fulltime MBA, with over 6 + years of experience of which a minimum 2 + years in managing projects that require interacting with customers/stakeholders

- Technical Background preferred (B.Tech/B.E. with software development and design experience)

- (If required only) 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day

- To receive security clearance all candidates must undergo a background check
