POSITION : Program Manager - BIIM  REPORTS TO : Delivery Head / Delivery Leader  EXPERIENCE : Around 15 Years  EDUCATION : Any Graduate; Preferably BE  LOCATION : Bangalore  RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Responsible for end to end deliveries comprising of Scoping, Project & Program Management.  - Monitoring multiple complex projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping.  - Develop SOW, estimation, requirement analysis & project plan, risk plan and monitoring progress.  - Project Execution, project status tracking and reporting. Handling Stakeholder Management.  - Holding review meetings to monitor & tracking progress of the project as per budget.  - Resource planning and tracking  PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:  - Preferably PMP Certified Professional with around 15 years of experience in Delivery Management / Program Management in BI specific engagement and deliveries, in large Services Company  - Insightful experience in Project / Delivery management activities including project scoping, SOW, estimation, planning, risk management, resource optimization.  - Strong understanding and experience of working in BIIM technologies for over 10 years and with experience in delivering projects for Retail, ecommerce, Media domain customers.  - Excellent customer management, presentation and communication skills.  - Experience of managing large teams in BIIM projects with hands-on approach.
