Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining workplace strategy across multiple states for a large company in corporate environment.
Proven experience in developing and implementing a successful change and communications strategy for a major project (Fitness, Kitchen, Call Center Operations, Labs and Diagnostics).
Demonstrated ability to consider issues at a strategic level in order to align the Workplace Strategy and recommendations to department, functional group and company objectives.
Proven ability to effectively consult and advise internal business stakeholders and to build positive relationships in an environment of change
Able to balance competing demands, responsibilities and priorities tasks in line with individual, team and operational business unit goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and managers
Proven ability to priorities, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, commitments and work within a team environment
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project)
Experience in a Utilities organization (desirable)
