Program Manager

A competent professional with over 12-18 years of experience with focus on Program Management, Competency building and lead the Centre of Excellence for the Oracle Practice in the Hyperion Space.

- Expert knowledge in Java, J2EE, mobile web application and mobile technologies.

- Preferably from a telecommunication background and applies strong technical understanding of assignments

- Leads projects and provides directions to large project team/multiple project teams with medium to high level of complexity

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with subordinates, peers and management.

- Communicates to various teams both on/ offshore to ensure alignment

- Manages and coordinates to multiple or large set of resources - internal staff, vendor etc.

- Prioritizes deliverables and executes projects on schedule and within budget

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Reviews product designs, analysis and issue resolution

- Has strong technical knowledge, as well as adherence to standards and procedures

- Shows strong ability to develop and manage project plans

- Has strong business and end-to-end knowledge within a functional domain relevant to the industry

- Hands on experience with people management and project management activities, preferably in a global environment

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
