About the role :
As the L&D & Transformation Program Lead, you will partner with the business to understand what the training program needs to deliver and will help to educate the business on the they need to up skill their teams in. You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate tailored learning solutions
Major Accountabilities :
Develop an understanding of the learning uplift required
Collaborate and partner with business stakeholders
Create tailored learning solutions to projects and change initiative
Apply adult learning principles to ensure learning outcomes
Complete training needs analysis
Identify learning issues and gaps
Design and deliver end to end learning program
Design eLearning modules and facilitate Face to face training
Review learning capabilities and assess results
Work closely with the Instructional Designer, Communications and Change teams
Conduct evaluation of learning programs with key stakeholders
Experience :
Previous experience as a L&D Manager or Training Manager
Previous experience in executing the learning and development programs
Learning design and facilitation experience
Experience in delivering learning in a complex corporate environment within a transformation program
Successful track record in partnering and influencing stakeholders
Experience with large-scale organisational change effort
Proven track record in technology capability programs
Financial services industry experience desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills essential
Proven capability in learning and development practices
