We are looking for a Senior L&D professional who has strong exposure in Technology - Learning and Development (for Senior Leadership) for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500.   - They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.   Looking for strong L&D person who has expertise :  - Working closely with Businesses to understand their learning requirements/business challenges. Collaborate with the Businesses and the various stakeholders to develop appropriate learning solutions/learning products/interventions to effectively address same  - Designing and delivering world class innovative learning events /products on a sustainable basis. These events should be able to address the needs of the diverse set businesses across the Group.   - Understand Behavioural / Leadership needs of the businesses to design and deliver high impact learning programs.   - Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies and leverage on technology to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners  The Director here will be majorly responsible for :   - Setting up and operationalizing of Functional Academies  - Provide Learning Consultancy to Businesses and other Corporate Functions by providing learning expertise in designing their capability development programs, including delivery and sustenance planning  - Ensuring adoption of technology for learning by all businesses & employees to a common minimum standards and its consistent adherence is a challenge as the success of any technology implementation depends upon its speed and depth of adoption.   - Ensure technology is used to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners even when new training methodologies are introduced.   - Adoption of technology by having the learner in mind so as to enable maximum learning.   - Connecting the range of technology products with different learning methodologies that are commonly used   - Constantly scanning the environment to identify, evaluate, pilot and implement the optimum technology for learning and bring the relevant best practices and excellence.
