Profit Center Head/General Manager - Agri Inputs (10-20 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Brand development - Create exciting and compelling visions for our brands and develop plans across the full marketing mix. It includes brand communications, innovation and channel-specific propositions.
- Brand building - Translate visions into a local market context, plan practical activity and make sure those plans are executed flawlessly.
- Joint accountability with operations for top line and bottom line brand performance.
- Prepare and update brand/product strategic guidelines to provide brand information to operational marketing teams.
- A large part of this role will be focused on unlocking new business opportunities, to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with markets and regions to validate forecasts.
- Plan and facilitate internal workshops.
- Experience with bringing new innovations to launch, from concept to market readiness
Skills required:
- Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.
- Emphasis on both product innovation and local brand management excellence in a consumer-driven business environment.
- Experience in an international role is required.
- Excellent relationship building skills across divisions and departments.
- Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
Minimum of 10 years experience in an international marketing brand management role. FMCG experience is a must. Age: 35-40 years
