Production Manager/Senior Production Manager - Manufacturing

Hiring for Production Manager/ Sr. Production Manager with the leading manufacturing Company for Bangalore Location.

Kindly find below the Job details :

1. Overall In-charge of Production Planning.

2. Planning Pre-production processes, Production follow - up and co-ordination managing all the departments from fabric to dispatch.

4. Having a thorough knowledge of pattern making, grading, fitting and various technical details of stitching etc. Experienced with all kinds of various attachments and different machineries and its operations to enhance production and quality

5. Actively involved with the R&D, sampling, industrial engineering, operation bulletin, time study, work flow process, targets, output, cost cutting, increasing of productivity, quality-statistical process control system etc.

6. Implementation of Production Systems, Vendor Compliance and Quality systems,

7. Shipping, HR Management, Administration and Finance and ISO System Management.

8. Co-coordinating with all department heads in the factory and interacting at any point of time with all concerned in forming a successful team.

Candidates from manufacturing industry (textiles/ Garments/ Apparels) preferred.
