Position /Job Title: Production Manager

Department & Location: Production - Nagpur/ Katni

Reports to Plant Head

Experience: 8-12 years

KRAs:

- Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process.

- Ensuring high productivity through efficient operations to increase sweating of assets.

- Leveraging the resources to minimize operational and maintenance cost through innovative ideas and adopting best practices.

- Ensure attainment of business objectives and production schedules maintaining/improving product quality that will exceed our customers expectations.

- Ensure operation within assigned budget while maintaining the volume

- Manage large number of teams and keep them energized and motivated.

Other specification:

- Should able to generate multiple solutions of problem in order to troubleshoot them effectively.

- Should possess strong leadership skills and be able to take decision independently.

- Should be good in planning & organizing.

- Should have Strong analytical skills in order to visualize patterns not ordinarily observed.

Language: Marathi / Hindi

Salary: 10-13 Lpa
