Job profile:

- Must have experience in Injection Molding in automotive sector.

- Responsible to manage all shop floor activity with TS-16949, Kaizen.

- Prepare the setup of PPC, process establishment and process control with minimum rejection.

- Preparation of shop floor operational plan

- Molding the quality targets etc.

- Should have quality of Employees job motivational aspects

- Monitoring of Production, production efficiency, utilization and rejection of PPM.

- Responsible for new mold trail, and finalization of cycle time.

- Analysis of costing.

- Maintaining 5S system
