Production Manager - Chemcial (6-10 yrs)
Company : Our client is a mid-sized Global MNC Speciality Chemicals manufacturing organisation-World Leaders in their field. They have a manufacturing plant near Pune employing around 50 workmen. They are projected to grow very rapidly in the next few years. Our clients are looking for a young, dynamic Production Professional at their manufacturing plant near Pune. The position reports Location Head. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.
The position is expected to close by mid-June.
Job Profile:
Lead the production.
Will have the responsibility to develop, implement and measure processes and activities towards operational optimization, manufacturing cost reduction, quality improvements, while meeting all safety and environmental requirements.
The incumbent will be accountable for the implementation of operating discipline best practices in order to assure the desired level of plant productivity, safety and reliability.
Will also be responsible for managing the production budget.
Candidate Profile:
Chemical Engineers (BE/B.Tech) with 6-12 years experience in the chemical industry leading the production function.
Experience with Financial analysis, budgeting preparation and administration.
Strong exposure to EHS and PSM.
