Qualification: Btech / Mtech/Diploma- Mechanical (Turning and Milling Shop experience is must)

Position: Production Manager - with AS 9100 knowledge

Responsibilities:

The Production Manager maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with Customer technical specifications.

- He will also Maintain and Improve/establish quality system as per AS 9000/9100 requirement and as well as specific customer requirement for quality system.

- Should manage Supervisor in three shift

- Accountable for overall production as per Plan

- Handling Milling Machines (9 axis 5axis 3acxis) Turning & Deburring Unit

- Accountable for Rejection & Rework

- Accountable for work load allocation to the operator

- Man/Machines balance chart preparation

- Scheduling of machines

- Managing of absenteeism

- OEE Implementation

- Develop, maintain and perform internal audits

- Develop and maintain the corrective/preventive action system and ensure follow-up and closure of corrective/preventive action Requests, as well as verification of effectiveness

- Lead problem solving events

- Work in conjunction with the management team to select, train and develop a highly skilled quality workforce; provide supervision, administrative support, technical direction, assistance and discipline, as required

- Conduct process capability studies and establish CP and CPK working with process /engineering department
