Role: Product and process head- Corporate Salary A/c
- This is a corporate office role under the liabilities business head, the incumbent will be responsible for all new initiatives and projects in the domain of corporate salary. He has to drive and deliver the initiatives through the zonal teams.
- The incumbent will be custodian for all processes and compliance
- He will also work closely with the BIU team on analytics and new product features
Preferred profile:
- Prior exposure in managing large projects that impact the P&L of the product
- Acute sense of process and compliance
- Ability to engage across levels and work with diverse team
- High technology orientation and abreast with latest development across the globe
- Collaborative and structured approach to work.
- Required MBA qualified candidates.
