Product Owner for Growth, Mobile App

Our client, is a leading technology company that runs a unique app for over 100 million users globally. The position is for Sweden/Stockholm.

Out client is backed by some of the most prominent investors in the world. They are 55 employees in an agile organization focused more on the product and our users than on processes and policies.

We are looking for digital savvy product management leaders who are passionate about innovating and delivering truly differentiated user experiences. They will be responsible for aggressively expanding Our clients product portfolio by delivering new offerings that will be integrated into existing core product platforms.

Their challenge is to design, roadmap and build a growth platform to achieve audacious metrics-driven goals in product adoption, onboarding, retention, and performance. You will work with other product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers; you will interface with nearly every aspect of the organization including working closely with teams in Sweden and India.

Your Skills :

- 10+ year experience, preferably from top-tier SaaS companies, designing and building successful, innovative products from scratch.

- Computer science degree plus hands-on software engineering experience.

- Track record of driving highly impactful growth programs to boost user acquisition, funnel conversion, user engagement, and lifetime value.

- Proficient in facilitating decision making processes about complex data engineering questions or API architecture.

- Proven ability to apply predictive growth models in radically improving ROI and conversion.

- Stellar at fostering a culture of perpetual experimentalism with user-first mentality and urgency for results.

- Entrepreneurial at the core with proven ability to create and drive an ambitious roadmap of growth mechanics to realize incredible results.

- Extra credit for experience in emerging markets.

This position is located in Sweden/Stockholm.

Experience : 10 - 15 years

Qualifications: Engineering +MBA Marketing, or equivalent

Expected CTC is Equivalent of 100 Lacks to 150 Lacks
