Product Manager - Mobile & Payment Team  One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Product Manager - Mobile & Payment Team  Basic Job Purpose:  - The role of Product Manager, Mobile and Payments team, as an owner for a platform, the candidate will manage/build functionalities on the platform, working on the usage of this ensuring a best in class offering for the banking customer and add business value to the franchise  - Manage and deliver projects/releases  - Engage with various product owners across banking/cards/NR/Loans etc and other cross functional teams and identify the key functional requirements  - Liaise with Technology team in delivering the prioritized projects  - Understand and analyze user needs  - Research markets and competitors  - Help define product vision and future direction  - Contribute on Product Marketing activities  - Manage/outsource activities with external vendors   - Promote various bank products to customers by managing various available online inventories  - Timely delivery of release items and enhancements without bugs  - Ensure availability of Mobile Platform  - Manage any bugs and customer feedbacks received/downtimes  Education & Experience:  - MBA from premier institutes with 1 - 3 yrs of relevant experience.  - Only from the following institutes can apply: IIM, XLRI, IIT, NITIE, SP Jain, FMS, ISB and JBIMS.  - Experience as a Business Analyst handling requirements and knowledge on retail banking from a customer perspective  - Awareness of industry trends in the digital payments space  - Execution - focused in delivering stretch goals within tight timelines  - Ability to interface and deliver by working with various cross - functional teams (Marketing, Product and Sales) and ensure adherence to timelines  - Product Focus – Ability to balance business value, Customer experience and Controls  - Systemic thinking to deliver simple and scalable solutions to business problems  - Capable of interacting with digital payment vendors and delivering value at competitive commercials  - Creative bent of mind to asses effectives/ aesthetic appeal of screens and content  - Background in working with Remote Channels teams in Financial Institutions / service organizations / Mobile product organizations is a distinct advantage  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details.  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
