Roles & Responsibility:
Background:
- Ensuring consistent growth in new customer acquisitions and Postpaid revenue in a market with increased penetration, multiple competition and narrowing realizations due to competitive tariffs.
- Develop and introduce new products and promotions for new and existing customer segments for revenue and number maximization.
- Develop and implement new & effective communication plan for all the products/promotions to ensure seamless & timely communication across the entire marketplace.
- Conducting timely & need-based market research/dipsticks/surveys to develop consumer/market insights into competitive advantage.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensuring growth in new Postpaid customer acquisition & Postpaid top-line revenue through leveraging the existing or launching new products/process/channel intervention.
- Ensuring operational efficiency through continuous monitoring the existing process & suggest changes. Lead the CFT (Cross functional team) with members across functions to ensure continuous improvement in business productivity & profitability.
- Benchmarking of all KPIs across other Idea circles & with competition within the circle & across the country to leverage from the best-practice.
- Conducting timely & need-based market research/dipsticks/surveys etc to develop consumer/market insights into competitive advantage.
- Develop new & effective communication plan for all the products/promotions to ensure seamless & timely communication across the entire marketplace.
- Ensuring achievement of all Postpaid KPIs of the Budget- Gross Add / Net Adds/ Gross Revenue / ARPU / RR / Revenue & Customer Market Share.
