Product Marketing Manager - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

Position: Product Manager

Location : New Delhi.

Educational Qualification : MBA (Marketing) is required.

Job Profile :

The product manager is the key catalyst and driver of overall organizational growth. This individual is responsible for driving and executing all marketing activities, while coordinating with every department to ensure double digit market share growth of his/her brand by executing across all 5P’s of marketing. This includes, but is not limited to :

1. Product

a. Constant development and enhancement of all product attributes, features and benefits.

b. Understand unmet consumer needs and provide superior product benefits.

2. Packaging

a. Design and execute superior packaging to differentiate product and brand,communicate consumer benefits, and USP of the product.

b. Innovative packaging that creates additional product benefits.

3. Pricing

a. Constantly Monitor competitor pricing, and formulate the product pricing strategy accordingly.

4. Promotion

a. Create Annual Business Plan and execute all activities aggressively and on time.

b. ATL Activities: Create and execute TV Ads, Radio Ads, Magazine Ads, Press Ads, PR Activity as well as conduct detailed T.V. Media planning.

c. BTL Activities: Plan and execute all BTL activities, from stall operations, wall paintings, POP, Dealer Boards, local and regional campaigns etc.

5. Placement

a. Ensure daily PUSH of primary and secondary sales on an ALL INDIA BASIS to achieve monthly primary and R.D. targets.

b. Visit the market a minimum number of 5-10 days every single month, and lead the market selling and productive calls and motivate the sales team, distributor and retailers/wholesalers to ensure double digit growth.

CTC- 8 to 10 Lac

The product manager is the critical point of contact for all activities related to the product and brand. This includes R&D for product development, Manufacturing for sales forecasting & production planning, Materials for accurate material procurement, sales for daily placement PUSH, creative agency for all creative activities across all SKU’s, Media agency for media buying and planning, and Information technology to create process efficiencies.

The product manager is the one focal point whose passion, perseverance and creativity can exponentially enhance overall product and organizational revenue and growth.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and Innovative thinker, having strong selling ability with excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, and strong leadership qualities.
