Working professional with 3-8 years of Operations experience in the Test prep Industry, MBA preferred)
- Upkeep and maintenance of various product tools eg. Website/brochure/Product manual etc.
- Create and send Product communication to various internal stake-holders (Centres /Business Heads / Faculty / Various Departments)
- Monitoring and supervising the activities of the Communication Cell - B-School Research, Student Query Handling and Online Lead Management
- Coordinating with departments for execution of product events/campaigns
- Coordinating with centres to ensure effective execution of product related events and measuring effectiveness of the same
- Coordinating with the Ops and Centre teams to ensure smooth conduct of proctored tests
- Create and execute mechanisms to garner student feedback and accordingly provide inputs to the relevant stakehoders
- Service various product related requests from centres like ES updates, sending mails/SMS etc.
- Preparation of MIS reports for tracking product performance
- Driving Institute & Test research that will help keep students up-to-date with the latest happenings in the MBA Industry
