We are specifically looking out for a FEMALE candidates
Incumbent will be responsible for Circle customer acquisition. Will handle two people from Prepaid & Postpaid acquisitions.
- Driving New Customer Acquisitions in Prepaid & Postpaid Consumer (Retail) accessing various geographic and economic indices like Cell Site Intelligence, Market Penetration etc.
- Developing and executing Subscriber Segmentation, Analytics, On boarding, Usage Enhancement and Retention / Churn Management Processes.
- Prepay and Postpaid Budgeting & Pricing Strategies and execution in diverse markets.
- Astute Campaign Management, communication development and execution through sharp shooting tools.
- High familiarity with diverse telecom Charging and Recharge Platforms
- Responsible for front-end engagement to support acquisitions.
- Planning and aligning the acquisition cost on a monthly basis
- Monitoring the quality of acquisition and highlight observed anomaly - through retail quality analysis (active base against the acquired base)
- Devise and implement schemes to engage the distribution chain for increasing quality acquisitions (basis the active base from acquired base).
- Maintain the Market Operating Price for all the brands and trade schemes for distribution at par with competition.
- Aligning the Distributor and Retailer Margin for Handsets at par with competition.
