This role is with a Series A funded startup, focused on creating the very best platform tool for developers using APIs. We are looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our Bangalore office.  CTC : Upto 18/20 LPA (max)  Job Duties And Responsibilities  Drive the end-to-end release process - for multiple, weekly planned releases, and unplanned hotfix releases  Communicate plans, status, and issues within Engineering and to Stakeholders.  Proactively identify technical or process improvement opportunities, and partner with Engineering or customer facing teams to implement them.  Own the end-to-end release workflows and detailed steps - to ensure on-time and effective delivery of high-quality releases.  Represent release priorities and align team members through rapid changes.  Continuously improve the release processes and strengthen the definition of release readiness.  This role is a best fit with someone who is enthusiastic about working with customers and colleagues in different time zones and cultures.  What you need  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a tier1 engineering college  Preferably MBA from a tier1 college  2+ years of previous release and/or project management experience OR coding plus product management experience  Experience in Agile software development practices with JIRA, Github, Bitbucket.  Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must  Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional cross-location work teams toward task completion
