Role: Sr./Product Manager-mobile apps

Responsibilities:

- Lead product development initiatives on multiple simultaneous projects across various platforms (Android, iOS, mobile web etc)

- Think analytically about workflows and the impact of product features on sales conversion

- Work with the UX team to gain insight into customer behaviors and roll those insights into product features and improvements

- Be data driven everyday to isolate opportunities to optimize features and grow user base

- Drive projects that that will directly increase organizations growth/engagement

- Build simple, yet elegant products with lot of appeal

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business partners and other stake holders

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Must have extensive product management experience in Mobile Apps (for iOS/ Android )

- Engineering/ MBA from premier schools

- Ability to play a leadership role

- Strong Engineering (Product Development) Background

- Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and drive execution

- Manage projects involving cross-functional stakeholders

- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders

- Strong understanding of complete product development life-cycle

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Keen attention to detail and ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to deliver highly usable products with a low learning curve

- 2+ years of Product management experience with a consumer internet company.

- The candidate should have demonstrated high ideation skills (out-of-box thinking) with roll-outs of key innovations which translated into revenue opportunity, user engagement or in creating a competitive score.

- Excellent team management skills.

- Ability to balance time to market with a solution and make the right trade-off's along the way
