Product Manager/Sr Product Manager - eCommerce

Looking for Product Manager for a US based eCommerce company in Delhi. The company is headquartered in New York and they have their development center in New Delhi & Bangalore.

Designation: Product Manager/Sr.Product Manager

We are in search for a best-in-class Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining our business. This leader will create, manage, and define innovative products. The ideal candidate will be a proven self starter who is comfortable operating at a fast pace, is detail oriented, and can execute excellence. This position is located in our Delhi office.

Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and drive the product strategy and road map

- Lead discovery of customer needs by partnering with executive and cross-functional teams

- Specify business and product requirements, including wire frames and storyboards

- Collaborate with UI, design, and technology teams to develop tools and features

- Measure and analyze new and existing competitors in order to serve as an expert in the e-commerce retail space

- Review usability test results, track online usability bugs and define areas for constant enhancement and optimization within the user experience

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience with strong preference for candidates who have experience both with a high traffic B2C e-commerce sites as well as start up experience.

- Proven track record of managing and launching innovative products and features

- Exceptional communication skills with both business and technical teams

- Must have strong product instincts, decision-making skills, and a detailed-oriented personality

- Energetic self-starter, innovative thinker, aggressive executor

- Low ego, proven collaborative team player who can also lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and at budget

- Experience with web analytic tools

- BS in technology and/or MBA (premier institutes only) preferred
